No advertising is currently active. This website does not load AdSense or advertising cookies. There is no advertising consent to grant or withdraw yet.

Our planned approach

We plan to use clearly labelled, limited advertising on public educational articles. Login, private journal, settings, support and policy pages will remain free of ad placements. We will not use journal entries, weight, health conditions or pregnancy information to target advertising.

Before advertising starts

We will update this policy to identify the actual services and data used, and provide appropriate consent and withdrawal controls. Our intended provider is Google AdSense. Depending on its configuration and your choices, Google's advertising services may process IP addresses, cookies and other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized advertising can still use cookies.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites. We will not treat your app diagnostics preference as consent for website advertising.

Storage used today

The website remembers only your chosen color theme in this browser. The portion calculator does not store its inputs. Hosting providers receive ordinary connection information needed to serve the pages. See our privacy policy.
